Falmouth, Jamaica 🇯🇲 excursion review: A day at Hilton Rose Hall

Wondering what to do on your port day in Falmouth, Jamaica? Many of the popular shore excursions involve spending a few hours of your day in a car or bus. That’s not our style.

I’m happy to report we had a great day without being stuck in a bus for very long. We spent a wonderful day at Hilton Rose Hall while in port on a Western Caribbean cruise aboard the Disney Treasure. 🚢 We booked a day pass here through Jaital (www.jaital.com). Round trip transportation was included. We were greeted at the port and taken to the resort via bus with a friendly informative driver. 🚐 All food and drinks were included—even specialty coffee ☕️and alcohol 🍻 (for 18 years and older)!

Hilton Rose Hall has a lovely lagoon style pool with 2 water slides, a lazy river and a swim up bar. 🏝️A quiet pool was available as well. Chairs and umbrellas were included. 🏖️Daybeds were included except for the front row along ocean. Lots of bars and restaurants— food was pretty good. Golf, tennis and non-motorized water sports included. We had 18 people ranging in age from 3 to 73 and everyone had fun including the teens. Kids under 4 were free. This was a really fun day and we’d definitely go back! 20 minute bus ride each way. Checking in at the resort took a few minutes but after that everything was smooth sailing. 😎
